Shipping Methods (for deliveries to Hong Kong)

For orders in Hong Kong, we use Hong Kong Post as our delivery company. Below is the summary of shipping rates per order:

Please note:
Non-coverage Area: Outlying islands (except Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau and Lamma Island)

Shipping Methods (Macau , Taiwan)

For orders to be delivered to Macau , Taiwan, the forwarder that we recommended will provide SF Express.

Dispatch notification

 The majority of our orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days after the payment is verified. You can expect to receive this email within 2 - 4 business days after you have placed an order. The email contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link. You can click on the link to track your order.

If you do not receive the dispatch notification email, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails.

Tracking orders

As a sfalo.com customer you will be able to track the status of your order. Please find out the order tracking ID in "my account > order history > details > Tracking NO" and then check the following websites to trace and track your order:

·  For orders delivering to Hong Kong, please visit Hong Kong Post EC-Ship.

·  For orders delivered to Macau/Taiwan, click here to track.
