退換貨品 Returns And Exchanges
Refund policy
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.
We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.
Non-returnable items
Please note that we DO NOT accept returns or exchange of certain products, including:
-Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt
-Any product that has been worn, altered or washed
-All discount, clearance or sales product
-Any free gift
-Any personalised product, for example: shirt printing
The SFALO.com reserves final right to exercise this event in case of disputes.
Return procedures
Log in [My Account], In View Order History My order click [For after sales service], SFALO.com customer service representativr will contact you, pack and send your return to us after our acknowledgement.
All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.
All return and re-shipping charges are the customer's liability.

退貨程序
登錄[我的帳戶],在[查看訂單紀錄]選擇相關訂單,點擊[申請售後服務],SFALO.com客戶服務代表將與您聯繫,確認後請把相關貨品寄回給我們,我們在收到貨品及確認後會退款/寄出退換的商品。
所有退貨與重新運送費用均由顧客承擔。
