Forgot password
Simply click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the Login page and we will send verification email to you for confirmation. However, your account will be suspended if you attempt to login with the wrong password five consecutive times. Please contact us to reactivate your account.
Forgot username
Simply click on the "Forgot your username?" link on the Login page and provide your registered email we will email your username to you.
Clear saved personal information
You can choose to save your delivery information during the checkout process so that the system will automatically complete such information in your next purchase. If you would like to clear such information saved in our system, you can do so anytime by clicking the button at the bottom of the "edit profit" page in "my account - Addresses Management" to clear your saved delivery address.
View order history and status

| Pending |
Your order is pending / waiting for payment. Order Confirmation Email will be sent to you. For assistance you are advised to contact us for any payment issue. |
| Paid |
Your order has been received and paid successfully. Email together with Invoice will be sent to you. |
| Processing |
We are currently processing packing for shipment after confirmation your payment to Sfalo.com. During this "Processing" status, there will be no amendment or cancellation of your order can be made.It takes up to 1-2 business days to complete sending out to carrier. |
| Shipped |
Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong and is on the way to your delivery address. Membership bonus point will be added to your account. |
| Refunded |
We have received your returned items, and will process refund to you. |
| Cancelled |
Your order has been cancelled per your request or due to our inability to verify your payment information. All cancelled orders will not be dispatched and charged. |
My Wish List
Now, sfalo.com makes it convenient for you to shop and save your favorite products for a later purchase.
You can save up to 20 products in "My Wish List". The fans products you love and want to replenish are at your fingertips to buy when you need them. No more searching for products you need each month, just select those items from " My Wish List " and checkout.
To create or modify " My Wish List ", you will need to register as a sfalo.com member and login. To add items to your list, just search for the item you want and click "Add to Wishlist" on the product detail page. This will automatically add your favorite item to your list. To modify your list, just login and click the "Wish Lists" link to manage your Wish List. You can remove items by clicking remove button located right side of the page. When you are ready to purchase the items, just place them in your basket. Shopping has never been so easy!
忘記密碼

根據您的要求或由於我們沒貨/貨品品質有問題/無法驗證您的付款資訊，我們已取消您的訂單。所有已取消的訂單將不會發貨和收取款項。 |
我的收藏
現在，sfalo .com為了使您更能夠方便地購物和保存您喜歡的產品以供以後購買。您可以在“我的收藏” 中保存最多201樣產品。您喜歡和想要的產品將會保存，當您需要買的時候.，無需再搜索您需要的產品，只需從“ 我的收藏 ”中選擇這些項目及結帳。要創建或修改“ 我的收藏 ”，您需要註冊為sfalo .com成員並登錄。要將項目添加到列表中，只需搜索您想要的項目，然後點擊產品詳細信息頁上的“加入收藏”。這將會自動添加您喜歡的項目到您的以藏列表中。要修改您的列表，只需登錄並點擊“我的收藏”即可管理。您可以通過點擊頁面右側的刪除按鈕刪除項目。有了這項功能後，購物從此更方便！
