1.    Holder of this Sfalo VIP Card is entitled to 10% VIP purchase discount at Sfalo.com and 15% VIP purchase discount any SFALO stores* (*exclude Promotion and Special Offer items).

2.    Your Sfalo VIP status is valid unitl 2020-12-31. (Any purchase at SFALO stores will not have point counted in Sfalo.com)

3.    Shipping fees and payment handling fees do NOT receive VIP benefits.

4.    This Sfalo VIP Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other privileges and promotional offers.

5.    Purchase amount and quantity are limited under Sfalo.com ; maximum purchase of 6 pieces per item per day in any Sfalo stores.

6.    This Sfalo VIP Card is non-transferable.

7.    Each customer can hold only one SFALO VIP Card.

8.    Membership in the SFALO VIP programme is at the sole discretion of SFALO and SFALO may refuse membership to any applicant.

9.    Expired or cancelled Sfalo.com VIP membership is non-reversible.

10.  Please present this Sfalo VIP Card when making purchase at any SFALO stores for record purpose.

11.  All purchase records are based on the Sfalo.com system's data. In the case of any dispute, decision of Sfalo.com shall be final and conclusive.

12.  Sfalo.com and SFALO Innovation Limited. reserves the right to verify the identity of the cardholder.

13.  Sfalo.com and SFALO Innovation Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without giving prior notice.
